• All services are for representation & demo engagement only.
• We do not claim organic or real growth.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if already processing.
• No refund for wrong username/link mistakes by users.
• We are not responsible for provider/server/API delays.
• Wallet top-up ≠ service confirmation.
• Users must review service descriptions before ordering.

• We dynamically replace risky terms via frontend filters.
• No guarantee of verified or organic activity.
• Strictly for testing, demo, and digital engagement use.

⚙️ 3. WSB Operational Policy

• Fully automated via provider APIs (no manual operator).
• Wrong category or link = order failure (no refund).
• Retryable ≠ Refundable
• Refill possible only if Refill Button is shown in your order history.
• Avoid placing multiple orders on the same link simultaneously.
• Accounts violating rules may be blocked permanently.
• Support is provided via WhatsApp and Email. No calls.

📦 4. Rules for Placing Orders

• Don’t place repeated orders for the same link.
• Cancel-enabled services are not eligible for refill/refund.
• Select correct category (e.g., post/story/channel).
• Retryable ≠ Refundable
• No refund for retention unless “non-drop” service fails.

🔁 5. Balance Reset, Inactivity & Weekly Fine Rules

🕐 Account Balance Reset (30 Days)

No orders in 30 days? Wallet balance resets to ₹0. Place at least one order/month.

📅 Weekly Deduction Policy (7 Days)

No login, order, or fund activity in 7 days = 10% balance deduction. Applied every Monday.

⏳ 24-Hour Inactivity Fine

No activity in 24 hours = 45% balance fine + possible restriction.

These rules help maintain platform hygiene and reduce dead accounts.

🔍 6. Razorpay & Payment Gateway Compliance

• Services are frontend-filtered to be Razorpay-compliant.
• `/services` and `/order` pages show popup disclaimers.
• We never claim real/organic likes or followers.
• Only legal simulation words like “Supporters” and “Reach Boost” are used.
